Park City, Summit County, Utah ~

Two websites are now available for the Silver Springs Single Family Homeowners.
This domain, www.silverspringshoa.org, was started in 2000 by the Archers and the MHOA.

The “official” Silver Springs Single Family HOA website at www.silverspringsSFhoa.org contains content commenced in April 2006 by the 2006 SSSF Board and PCWeb Designers using the MHOA original domain. The above website’s updates ended in November 2006. Work on the website silverspringshoa.org for the SSSF and the MHOA was resumed in March 2008 by the Board Secretary/Webmaster.

Informed opinions are that the 2009 SSSFHOA Board has been less than honest regarding the 1979 underdrain system which was abandoned by the informed majority vote of the Association Homeowners in 1985 when the underdrain system was removed from the SSSFHOA CC&Rs which were then re-recorded. Read the SSSF subdivision underdrain system history. The large expenditures of time and money, and the damage by roto-rooting work and the removal of landscaping from Member properties, do not justify the “anticipated benefits” to half a dozen lots.

A “shut down” of the above two domains and websites was prompted by the election usurper board members of the 2009 SSSFHOA board. They assumed shutting down the websites would then hide the reports of their illegitimate activities and their election fraud, including their work on the abandoned defunct underdrain system. Their actions, therefore, have twice overruled the votes of the majority of the Homeowners so that those few individuals “can do things their way.”

THEY DID NOT ANTICIPATE THAT………

The Archers would salvage the content of the HOA website, built for the benefit of the Association Members, and would continue to post the minutes and reports at the independent Silver Springs Community website domain that includes Silver Springs Single Family and the other twelve Silver Springs subdivisions at: www.SilverSpringsCommunity.com. This site is continually updated.

Thirteen subdivisions comprise the Silver Springs Master Homeowners Association and are each listed at http://www.silverspringscommunity.com/master-association/.
